Facebook Private Messages
Introducing Facebook Private Messages!
We're excited to offer a great feature addition for our Zendesk for Facebook integration: Facebook Private Messages! In addition to being able to turn wall post conversations into Zendesk tickets, you can now turn private Facebook messages into tickets, too. Support agents can reply from Zendesk and messages are automatically relayed back to the customer as a Facebook message.

This feature is useful when customers don't want personal or sensitive information discussed in a public forum, but still allows them to communicate through the channel they prefer. Give Facebook Private Messages a try on our Facebook page or find out more about the new feature on our blog!

Updated Email Notification Template!
A new support email notification template is available for all customers starting today! Emails from Zendesk to end users now look more streamlined, can support avatars so photos of agents and end users will appear in the email, and allow comments from agents to be identified more easily.
