Introducing Facebook Private Messages! We're
excited to offer a great feature addition for our Zendesk for Facebook integration: Facebook Private Messages! In addition to being able to turn wall post
conversations into Zendesk tickets, you can now turn private Facebook messages into tickets, too.
Support agents can reply from Zendesk and messages are automatically relayed back to the customer as a Facebook message. This feature is useful when customers don't want personal or sensitive information discussed in a public forum, but still allows them to communicate
through the channel they prefer.
