Amazing Updates to our Salesforce App
We made some awesome updates to our Zendesk for Salesforce integration. Now your support team can see a full Salesforce profile next to a live ticket and your sales team can view complete Zendesk tickets in Salesforce. You can also access customer records in either Zendesk or Salesforce, and build and view Salesforce reports using Zendesk data. Check out all the updates in this new video!

On-hold Status Available
On-hold Status Now Available!
One of the most heavily requested features in our feature request forum was the ability to track a ticket that requires input or resolution from a third-party. Regular, Plus and Enterprise customers now have the ability to enable on-hold status, allowing agents to more accurately track who is currently responsible for a ticket! Thanks for getting involved in the community and helping improve Zendesk, and make sure to check out some other recently-released features!
