This two-way integration gives you the best of both worlds in a single interface--customer data views within Zendesk and ticket info directly in the CRM. With Zendesk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, you can access and/or manage tickets in a custom Zendesk panel without leaving your CRM, view important CRM data in your Zendesk, and apply your CRM's advanced analytics to your Zendesk data for more robust insights!
